Shark River Park

Shark River Park offers a diverse range of year round outdoor activities. The park contains 8.27mi of mostly wooded trails (single, double track, and board-walked) fit for hiking, biking, horseback riding, and cross country skiing. There is also a fitness trail with multiple workout stations. The pond is open to fishing and seasonally for ice skating. There are horseshoe and shuffleboard facilities for which equipment can be signed out for free from the shelter building. Plenty of tables and grills are available for picnics or cook-outs. Boaters can launch their small vessels (car-top only) at the Shark River at the Hillside Road entrance to the park.
